By purchasing beans directly from the farms, direct-trade, and by ensuring that we only work with organic, indigenous, women owned farms, we can be absolutely certain that the beans our roasting team works with come from a background of ethical upbringing. It is very easy to forget that the vast majority of a coffee beans life, will happen before we receive them. We want to be sure that those beans are raised with the highest quality that we can then roast, pack, and distribute to our caffes and franchisees nationwide.
